Eliminating the turbocharger's factory air flow silencer.
The fresh compressed air supplied by the turbocharger to the engine is choked by the factory silencer, significantly limiting the outlet from the compressor suction shell.
Less air behind the turbocharger also means a less compressed factor in the intake manifold and thus less engine performance.
By replacing a small turbocharger element for this part, we will get a much more stable fresh air outlet, which is at the same time greater turbocharger efficiency.
This is a basic modification of the engines 1.8 and 2.0 TSI of the VAG group giving a noticeable effect.
