As part of our growing development program for the Toyota Yaris GR, the AIRTEC Motorsport gearbox torque mount is now available.

Technical Data

As part of our expanding Yaris GR product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our torque mount upgrade suitable for track or fast road use.

The mount replaces the original lower gearbox torque mount that is made from cast aluminium with a soft rubber bush insert. Our AIRTEC Motorsport direct replacement heavy duty mount is machined from billet aluminium and comes in a high-quality anodised finish. It comes fitted with a much stiffer polyurethane bush insert that radically reduces engine movement. As a result, throttle response is improved, any wheel hop is reduced and gear changes feel more instant as excessive slack in the driveline is removed.

Finished in anodised silver, the heavy duty mount is machined from billet aluminium and is offered with three different grades of bush insert.

Yellow Bushes: Perfect for every day use, close to the standard driving experience without excessive engine movement.

Purple Bushes: This insert is aimed at track and race, and not recommended for every day use, as is very close to solid and will increase cabin noise. Purple bushes massively reduces engine movement for faster gear changes.

Black Series: The ultimate bush insert purely for track and race use! The black series bush offers the most precise and accurate driving experience. Almost 100% solid, this is only aimed at the most hard-core track day or serious, hard, fast road use!
