AIRTEC have now released our latest intercooler for the Audi RS3 (8P) We take a huge amount of pride in making sure our kits are finished to an extremely high standard.

Only supplied in Pro-Series Black with a choice of AIRTEC Logo colour options.

Please note: this kit comes supplied with modified crash bar.

AIRTEC are proud to introduce the front mount intercooler upgrade for the Audi RS3 (8P)

Designed to fit all models, this free-flowing intercooler is a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM set up.

Featuring a huge 120mm core design together with high-flow, cast end tanks, the AIRTEC intercooler offers much greater surface area, efficiency and volume over standard. Despite this improvement, it fits neatly behind the original bumper and can be used with the original hoses.

As with all AIRTEC products, the intercooler was tested back-to-back on the dyno against the OEM item. This showed a huge reduction in air charge temperatures over standard, as seen below:Rolling Road test results – Carried out at AmD Tuning on 11/04/2017

Standard Intercooler:Run 1 – Into intercooler: 117 degrees – Out of intercooler: 69 degrees
Run 2 – Into intercooler: 117 degrees – Out of intercooler: 68 degrees
Run 3 – Into intercooler: 119 degrees – Out of intercooler: 78 degrees

AIRTEC Intercooler:Run 1 – Into intercooler: 116 degrees – Out of intercooler: 36 degrees
Run 2 – Into intercooler: 117 degrees – Out of intercooler: 36 degrees
Run 3 – Into intercooler: 118 degrees – Out of intercooler: 37 degrees

The comprehensive fitting kit includes all the correct fixtures and fittings, step-by-step instructions with pictures and should take around 3-4 hours to complete.
The intercooler is available in Pro-Series Black finish, with or without the AIRTEC logo.
